There are times to purchase items from a particular website, but those times are rare. I like to buy something with my own money that will last me the entire summer. This year, I am choosing a new car, but it will be a small one with very few miles.
Best Buy seems to have a tendency to overcharge for their cars. Even though I am saving a good deal of money by buying a used car, when I purchase the car, I am also going to pay to have it serviced which will cause the car to lose a lot of mileage and be in a terrible condition. I have even had a few cars that have been sitting for months since a previous owner had it serviced.
I feel that Best Buy’s prices are too high for the car, and that this is actually the perfect car to own for the most part.
The perfect example is the car that I bought. I bought a used car to get me out of debt and to save money, but it was also in bad condition. It was running on gas, had a lot of miles on it, and was in need of a good paint job at one point. The car I bought was the ’06 model, and it had been sitting in my driveway for quite some time.
One of the biggest downsides of owning a used car is that it’s almost impossible to keep it clean. Every day, you’re left to deal with the dings, scratches, and dents that it has accumulated over the years. For the average home user, this isn’t a problem because a new car should be a new car. However, for a consumer buying a used car, the whole experience can be stressful.
I recently drove a 2006 Acura Integra, and it was a relatively clean car. Its color was black, and it had a new exterior paint job, but it also had a few scratches and dents. I didnt really worry too much about it, but I think that I would want to. The car had a few other problems as well, including a defective brake fluid that was not replaced for a year, and a rear tire that was in bad shape.
I have a 2007 Acura RT, and I was very impressed by its looks, but I have to say that I was slightly disappointed by what was wrong with it. There were some dents in the hood, a few small scratches on the grille, and a few tiny scratches on the bumpers. It was still a fairly nice car, but I think that it could have been much better.
If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em. I can’t speak to the car and its owner, but I can say that I’m really enjoying the Acura’s new look. It’s so bold and different. It’s not a car I’m going to get in the future, but I’m definitely impressed with it, and the design team is definitely putting their hearts into this project.
I was really excited to get my purchase for my wife, since we’re going to be spending a lot of time together in the next year. I love the car, but it was definitely a bit disappointing to me that it was a different color, and that it had the engine under the hood instead of in the chassis.
You may not like the Acuras, but let’s not forget the Acura brand itself is great. It’s been around for almost 50 years and is still considered one of the best mid-size sedans available, and it really doesn’t get any better than that. For an SUV, the Acura is definitely a keeper, but here’s hoping Acura continues to make designs which blend the best qualities of the Acura and the Cadillac brand.
